Brett Casper is a food expert and recognized internationally as a “pioneer” in the the kombucha industry. He has been recognized in NY Magazine for opening New York City’s “First Kombucha Café” and Food and Wine Magazine rated his Pure Kombucha™ one of the “Top 5 Best” in the USA.

Casper and his partner Tibb Phungtham opened Pure Luck Bangkok, Thailand’s first ever Kombucha brewery in 2013, and the world’s first dedicated kombucha school in 2017. Pure Luck® has been hailed as the founder of the of kombucha industry in Thailand.

Pure Luck Bangkok has been featured in ELLE Decor and numerous destination, lifestyle, and travel publications consistently rated as a top destination in Bangkok. Notable Pure Luck® collaborations include Michelin Starred Le Du and Gaggan Anand. As well as, marketing and white label projects with FENDI, Fresh® Cosmetics, Brooklyn Brewery, Porsche and 5 Star resorts: Park Hyatt, Anantara Kihavah and Six Senses.

Brett Casper was born on a farm, on a dirt road in rural New Jersey. He studied at Academy of Art University, San Francisco and did his secondary studies at School of Visual Arts in NYC. His artistic career spans 3 continents, working with major luxury brands and celebrities.
